When I read the blogs etc. on real estate in Austin I find a concentration on Austin itself and little commentary on the surrounding areas. OF greatest interest to me is Cedar Park and any commentary on its market to the extent that it is different from Austin. I am interested in fact based discussions on the pros and cons of investing in Cedar Park and north west Austin. So let me know what you know!!!
